Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (HRIS) dan Kecerdasan Buatan Terhadap Kinerja Industri Pertahanan
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Human Resource Information System (HRIS) terhadap kinerja industri pertahanan dan pengaruh kecerdasan buatan terhadap kinerja industri pertahanan selama era disrupsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang diolah adalah 160 karyawan industry pertahanan . Teknik pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert sebagai pengukur data. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pemodelan persamaan struktural dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Variabel terikat adalah variabel kinerja karyawan dan variabel bebas adalah variabel HRIS dan variabel kepuasan kerja. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini, nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh membuktikan bahwa HRIS terbukti berhubungan signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai. Semakin akurat, tepat dan lengkap aplikasi HRIS maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas pekerjaannya. Peningkatan proses industri pertahanan dalam pengambilan keputusan sumber daya manusia melalui prosedur sistematis HRIS yang meliputi pengumpulan data, penyimpanan data, pemeliharaan data, penarikan data, dan validasi data. Kemajuan suatu industri pertahanan dipengaruhi oleh rencana strategis TI dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia secara kuantitatif dan memahami kondisi lingkungan mampu memberikan gambaran masa depan industri pertahanan Artificial Intelligence (AI) terbukti secara signifikan berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan.
